Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline on employee performance.

This research was carried out at the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province involving all employees in Analyst positions, Functional Positions and Structural Positions, totaling 56 civil servants in this research sample.

The results of the research show that (1) partially the leadership style, motivation and discipline variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province with tcount = 3.854, 2.515 and 3.036 > ttable = 1.998 (2) simultaneously the leadership style variable , motivation and discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province with where Fcount = 19.512 > Ftable = 2.75 (3) the leadership style variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province seen from the largest determination value, namely 0.396.
