Abstrak

This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of communication toward employee performance (2) analyze the effect of work motivation toward employee performance (3) analyze the effect of work satisfaction toward employee performance at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare (4) analyze the effect of communication, work motivation and work satisfaction toward employee performance at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare (5) find out the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare.

The sampling method in this study used the saturated sample by determining the entire population of 37 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study concluded that (1) partially communication had a positive and significant effect toward employee performance (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect toward employee performance (3) work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect toward employee performance at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare (4) simultaneously shows that communication, motivation, and work satisfaction affect employee performance (5) work satisfaction variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance. Based on these results that all measurement indicators directly affect the performance of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of Regional Secretariat of Parepare.
