Abstrak

Miswati 2019. The Effect of Human Resource Development and Its Effect on Employee Performance at the Mattiro Sompa Sub-District Office of Pinrang District (mentored by Muhammad Idris and Asri)

The research aims to determine the effect of human resource development (educational background, training, and work experience) on the performance of the Mattiro Sompa Sub-District Office staff. This research is a type of survey research. This research was conducted at the Mattiro Sompa Sub-District Head Office, Pinrang Regency.

The study was conducted for 3 months. The population in this study included all employees of the Mattiro Sompa Sub-District Office of Pinrang Regency with a total of 55 people. The sample was determined by a saturated samplng technique (census) in which all populations were pledged with a sample of 55 employees of the Mattiro Sompa Sub-District Office of Pinrang Regency. The power analysis used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).

The results showed that the development of human resources (educational background, training, and work experience) affected the performance of the Mattiro Sompa Sub-District Office's employees.
