PENGARUH KOMITMEN, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPETENSI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of commitment, motivation, and competence during the Covid-19 pandemic on the work performance of the Takalar Regency Regional Financial Management Agency. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Takalar Regency Regional Financial Management Agency and was carried out from June to July 2021. The research population was all employees in the work area of the Takalar Regency Regional Financial Management Agency with a population of 45 people with a sample of 44 employees. The analytical technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and partially significant effect between motivation and competence on employee work performance while there was no partial positive and significant effect between commitment to employee performance while simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence between commitment, motivation and competence in the future. Covid-19 pandemic on employee work performance. Based on the results of data analysis, the R-Square value in this study is 0.749.
