The objective of research was to analyze the effect of work discipline, employee competence and leadership style partially and simultaneously at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Research and Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. It was carried out for 2 months (June to July 2022). The population is all 194 employees. Sampling was done using quota sampling technique, and the final sample was 97 employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of research show that work discipline has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Research and Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province, as well as employee competence partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Research and Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. However, in contrast to leadership style, it was found that it had no significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Research and Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. Simultaneously, work discipline, employee competence and leadership style contributed significantly to employee performance at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Research and Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province.
