Abstrak

This study aims to analyze 1) partially the influence of leadership style, competence and compensation on employee performance at UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi province. 2) The simultaneous influence of leadership style, competence and compensation on employee performance at UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi province. 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi Province.

The results of the study concluded that: partially Competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi Province. Leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance at UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar and compensation has no significant effect on employee performance at UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi Province. Simultaneously Leadership Style, Competence and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar. Partially shows that the competency variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar, this shows that the increasing competence will further improve the employee performance at the UPBTB Samsat Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi Province.
