PENGARUH PROGRAM TRAINING, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PADA BADAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

Abstrak

This research was conducted on employees at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample that is as many as 43 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: partially Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of West Sulawesi Province. This means that training, work motivation, and leadership style are able to improve employee performance in employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Simultaneously Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Sulawesi Province. Partially shows that the variable Work Motivation has a dominant effect on Employee Performance at the Human Resource Development Board of West Sulawesi Province, this shows that the better Work Motivation will further improve Employee Performance at the Human Resource Development Board of West Sulawesi Province.
