Abstrak

This research is a quantitatives research that uses a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Regional Inspectorate Office of Takalar Regency.

The population in this study were employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Takalar Regency, which amounted to 50, while the sampling technique was based on the saturated sample method so that the sample obtained was 50 respondents. Analysis of the data used is path analysis using SmartPls 3.2.9 software.

The results showed that (1) organizational climate, work discipline, and compensation had an effect on job satisfaction. (2) organizational climate, work discipline, and compensation affect employee performance (3) organizational climate, work discipline, and compensation have no effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.
