Abstrak

This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of individual abilities on job satisfaction, (2) the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction, (3) the effect of work morale on job satisfaction, and (4) the simultaneous influence of individual ability variables, work environment and morale work on employee job satisfaction

The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data obtained are the results of questionnaires distributed to all employees of the Youth and Sports Office of Barru Regency regarding individual abilities, work environment and work spirit, and employee job satisfaction to 50 respondents at the Youth and Sports Office of Barru Regency. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Hypothesis testing is carried out using path analysis techniques and Sobel tests

The results of this study indicate that: (1) individual ability has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Youth and Sports Office of Barru Regency, (2) The work environment does not affect employee job satisfaction at the Youth and Sports Office of Barru Regency, (3) Morale has no effect on employee job satisfaction at the Youth and Sports Office of Barru Regency, (4) Individual ability, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at the Youth and Sports Office of Barru Regency.
