PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KETAHANAN PANGAN KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

This research aims to 1) To test and analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Training individually (partially) on the Performance of Jeneponto Regency Food Security Employees. 2) To test and analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Training simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Performance of Jeneponto Regency Food Security Employees. 3) To test and analyze which variables have the most influence on the performance of Jeneponto Regency Food Security Employees.
This research was conducted on the Performance of Jeneponto Regency Food Security Service Employees. The sample was determined using saturation or census, namely 40 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the research concluded that: partially Leadership, Motivation and Training had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Jeneponto Regency Food Security Service Employees. This means that Leadership, Motivation and Training are able to improve the Performance of Jeneponto Regency Food Security Service Employees. Simultaneously Leadership, Motivation and Training have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Jeneponto Regency Food Security Service Employees. Partially, it shows that the motivation variable has the most influence on the performance of the Jeneponto Regency Food Security Service employees. This shows that the better the motivation, the more the performance of the Jeneponto Regency Food Security Service employees will improve.
