This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of organizational commitment, human resource competence, and discipline partially on the performance of the regional secretariat employees of Pare-pare City; 2) Knowing the effect of organizational commitment, human resource competence, and discipline simultaneously on the performance of the regional secretariat employees of Pare-pare City; 3) Knowing the most dominant variables that affect employee performance at the regional secretariat employees of Pare-pare City.
The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that: 1) Partially organizational commitment, human resource competence, and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the regional secretariat employees of Pare-Pare City; 2) Simultaneously shows that organizational commitment, human resource competence, and discipline affect the performance of the regional secretariat employees of Pare-Pare City; 3) the discipline variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance. This shows that all measurement indicators will directly affect the performance of the Pare-Pare City Regional Secretariat Employees
