Abstract

Nuryani. 2019. The Effect of Organizational Commitment, Human Resource Competence and Discipline on Performance: A Case Study at the Pinrang Regency Regional Finance Office (supervised by Saban Echdar and M. Salim).

The study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, human resource competence, and discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Finance Board of Pinrang District and the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Regional Finance Board at Pinrang Regency.

This research approach uses survey research. The population used in this study were all employees of the 64-year Pinrang District Financial Board. The sample selection is done using the random sample method. Data analysis uses regression analysis.

The results showed that organizational commitment, human resource competency, and discipline partially and jointly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Financial Board of Pinrang District by 64.7%, and human resource competency was the most dominant variable affect the performance of employees at the Regional Finance Board of Pinrang Regency.
