PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DEMOKRATIS, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN PENGEMBANGAN SDM TERHADAP KINERJA ASN PADA DINAS PUPR KABUPATEN MAJENE
Abstract
This research aims to determine (1). The influence of democratic leadership style on the performance of ASN at the Majene Regency PUPR Service, (2). The influence of work motivation on the performance of ASN at the Majene Regency PUPR Service, (3). The influence of human resource development on the performance of ASN at the Department. PUPR Majene Regency. (4). The influence of democratic leadership style, work motivation and human resource development simultaneously on the performance of ASN at the Majene Regency PUPR Service. (5). The most dominant variable influences the performance of ASN at the Majene Regency PUPR Service.
This research was conducted on the performance of ASN at the Majene Regency PUPR Service Office. The sample was determined using a saturated sample, namely 59 ASN people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the research show that 1).Partially, it shows that the democratic leadership style variable has an influence on ASN performance, this shows that the better the implementation of the democratic leadership style, the more ASN performance will improve at the Majene Regency PUPR Service Office. 2). Partially, it shows that the work motivation variable influences ASN performance, this shows that the higher the ASN motivation, the more ASN performance will improve at the Majene Regency PUPR Service Office. 3). Partially, it shows that the HR development variable has an influence on ASN performance, this shows that the better the HR development, the more ASN performance will improve at the Majene Regency PUPR Service Office. 4). Simultaneously shows that the variables of democratic leadership style, motivation and human resource development influence ASN performance, which means that increasing democratic leadership style, motivation and human resource development will influence the increase in ASN performance at the Majene Regency PUPR Service Office by 91.9%. 5). Beta test results show that the democratic leadership style variable has a dominant influence on the performance of ASN at the Majene Regency PUPR Service.
