PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, TUNJANGAN KINERJA DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KESYAHBANDARAN UTAMA MAKASSAR

This research aims to 1) To test and analyze the partial influence of Competency, Performance Allowances and Employee Performance on Employee Satisfaction at the Makassar Main Harbormaster's Office. 2) To test and analyze the influence of Competency, Performance Allowances and Employee Performance simultaneously on Employee Satisfaction at the Makassar Main Harbormaster's Office. 3) To test and analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence on Employee Satisfaction at the Makassar Main Harbormaster's Office.
This research was conducted at the Makassar Main Harbormaster's Office. The sample was determined using a statistical approach, namely 72 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially Competency, Performance Allowances and Employee Performance have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction for Makassar Main Harbormaster's Office Employees. This means that Competency, Performance Allowances and Employee Performance can increase the Job Satisfaction of Makassar Main Harbormaster Office Employees. Simultaneously, Competency, Performance Allowances and Employee Performance have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Makassar Main Harbormaster's Office. Partially, it shows that the Competency variable has a dominant influence on Job Satisfaction at the Makassar Main Harbormaster's Office. This shows that the better the Competency, the greater the increase in Job Satisfaction at the Makassar Main Harbormaster's Office.
