PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR UNIT PENYELENGGARA PELABUHAN KELAS II MACCINI BAJI PANGKEP

This research aims to 1) To determine and analyze the partial influence of leadership, motivation and discipline on the performance of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office Employees. 2) To determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and discipline simultaneously on the performance of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office Employees. 3) To find out and analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on the performance of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office Employees.
This research was conducted on Employee Performance at the Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office. The sample was determined using a saturated sample, namely 61 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the research concluded that: partially Leadership, Motivation and Discipline had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office Employees. This means that Leadership, Motivation and Discipline are able to improve the Performance of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office Employees. Simultaneously Leadership, Motivation and Discipline have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office Employees. Partially, it shows that the Discipline variable has a dominant influence on the Performance of the Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office Employees. This shows that the better the discipline variable, the more the Performance of the Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Organizing Unit Office Employees will improve.
