PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BADAN PENDAPATAN KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Finance Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency.
The type of research used is quantitative research where this research uses a survey method with multiple regression analysis techniques to determine between the dependent variable and the independent variable. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool and uses a Likert scale. Polewali Mandar, totaling 38 employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Revenue Agency. The sample used in this study is the total population, this is because the population in this study is relatively small. Therefore, the number of samples in this study were 38 respondents.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing indicate that the Fcount value is 33,681 and Ftable with a value of 2.88. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that simultaneously leadership, discipline and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Revenue Agency. The results of the t-test showed that it shows that partially leadership, discipline and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Revenue Agency
