Abstrak

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Communication, Competence, and Organizational Culture on the performance of civil servants in the Panca Lautang District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Panca Lautang District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and was carried out from May to June 2023. The study population was all civil servants in the working area of the Panca Lautang District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a sample of 30 employees.

The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially between communication and organizational culture on performance and there was no effect between competence on performance. While simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Communication, Competence and Organizational Culture on employee performance. Organizational Culture is the most dominant variable influencing performance.
