Abstract

OVO is the leading electronic payment platform in Indonesia and has many services. OVO application users are not only from among workers but are also used by many students. In this study, the researcher chose a methodological approach based on the Delone Model which has proven effective in evaluating the success of information systems. This research uses a quantitative research type and descriptive approach. Based on the results of the Pearson Correlation test on the System Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction data, each item > 0.266 (r table). So the conclusion all items are considered valid in measuring each data
