PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN TURATEA KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

This study aims to analyze 1) partially the effect of work environment, leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Turatea District Office, Jeneponto Regency. 2) the simultaneous influence of work environment, leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Turatea sub-district office, Jeneponto district. 3) the most dominant variable has an effect on the performance of the Turatea sub-district office employee, Jeneponto Regency.
This research was conducted at the sub-district office of Turatea, Jeneponto Regency. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 32 people from the Turatea sub-district office, Jeneponto district. The method of collection and used is a questionnaire and document study. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially the work environment, leadership and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Turatea sub-district office, Jeneponto district. This means that the work environment, leadership and motivation can improve the performance of the employees of the Turatea sub-district office, Jeneponto district. Simultaneously the work environment, leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Turatea sub-district office, Jeneponto district. Partially, it shows that the leadership variable has a dominant effect on the performance of the sub-district office employees, this indicates that the better the leadership, the better the performance of the Turatea sub-district office, Jeneponto district.
