Abstract

This research was conducted at the Land Office of Luwu Regency. Determination of the sample using the saturated technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 63 employees. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study partially conclude that leadership, motivation, commitment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Luwu Regency Land Office. This means that leadership, motivation, commitment and organizational culture are able to improve the performance of the employees of the Luwu Regency Land Office. Simultaneously, leadership, motivation, commitment and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Luwu Regency Land Office employees. Commitment variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the commitment will further improve the performance of the Luwu Regency Land Office employees.
