Abstract

This research was conducted on the teacher of MTs Fathul Amin Matakali Kapubaten Polewali Mandar. Determination of the sample as many as 30 teachers MTs Fathul Amin Matakali Kapubaten Polewali Mandar. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study concluded that: partially the Principal's Ability, Work Culture and Leadership had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at MTs Fathul Amin Matakali Kapubaten Polewali Mandar. This means that the principal's ability, work culture and leadership can improve teacher performance at MTs Fathul Amin Matakali Kapubaten Polewali Mandar. Simultaneously the ability of the principal, work culture and leadership has a positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance at MTs Fathul Amin Matakali Kapubaten Polewali Mandar. Partially shows that the principal's ability variable (X1) has a dominant effect on teacher performance at MTs Fathul Amin Matakali Kapubaten Polewali Mandar, this shows that the better the leadership, the better the teacher performance at MTs Fathul Amin Matakali Kapubaten Polewali Mandar.
