Abstract

Abd Samad. 2022. The Effect of Human Resource Development, Motivation, and Discipline on the Performance of Barru District Police Traffic Unit Personnel, supervised by Muh Idris dan Maryadi

This study aims to examine and analyze (1) partially and simultaneously the effect of developing human resources, motivation, and discipline on the performance of the personnel of the Barru District Police Traffic Unit (2) the most influential variable on employee performance.

This research is quantitative so that the research method used is a survey method. This research was conducted on Barru District Police Traffic Unit personnel from February to March 2021. The population in this study was all 36 Barru District Police Satlantas personnel. Sampling of this research was done by using saturated sampling technique or census.

The results showed that (1) partially and simultaneously HR development, motivation, and discipline had a positive and significant effect on performance (2) HR development was the variable that most influenced the performance of the Barru District Police Traffic Unit personnel.
