This study aims to analyze the partial influence of work facilities, information technology systems and workload on the performance of population services at the Selayar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service and to analyze the simultaneous influence of work facilities, information technology systems and workload on the performance of population services at the government agency. Population and Civil Registration of Selayar Regency and to analyze which variables have the most influence on the Performance of Population Services at the Selayar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office.
Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation obtained directly from the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands Regency. The population and sample in this study were 40 respondents. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that partially Work Culture, Work Commitment and Employee Availability have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Selayar Islands Regency. Simultaneous Test Results (Test F), show that Work Culture, Work Commitment and Employee Availability have an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The variable that has a dominant influence on service performance is the work facility variable with a "Standardized Coefficient Beta" coefficient of 0.531 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 below the significance level
