Implementasi Total Quality Management dinegara berkembang : Studi Literatur

Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk meneliti implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) di negara-negara berkembang. Penelitian ini terbatas pada studi yang dipublikasikan selama sepuluh tahun terakhir di basis data ScienceDirect. Tinjauan pustaka telah memberikan wawasan terkait implementasi TQM di negara-negara berkembang. Misalnya, di beberapa negara berkembang seperti Malaysia, Turki, Thailand dan India melaporkan bahwa implementasi TQM memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja organisasi. Sementara dalam penelitian lain, beberapa peneliti menunjukkan Critical Success factor (CSF) dari implementasi TQM di Malaysia, Iran, India, Thailand, dan Turki. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa CSF yang paling banyak digunakan dalam implementasi TQM adalah leadership, training, customer-focused, supplier relation, benchmarking, continuous improvement, employee involvement, work culture, information and data management factors.
