Pengaruh Transformational Leadership dan Green Training Terhadap Sustainable Performance Melalui Green Motivation

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership dan green training terhadap sustainable performance, dengan green motivation sebagai variabel mediasi pada CV. Javanesia Teakindo. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 67 responden, dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green training dan green motivation, namun tidak langsung terhadap sustainable performance. Green training secara signifikan meningkatkan green motivation, tetapi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap sustainable performance. Green motivation terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan antara green training dan sustainable performance, Variabel kontrol jenis kelamin dan usia juga ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi dalam green training. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan, organisasi perlu mengintegrasikan pendekatan kepemimpinan dan pelatihan yang disertai peningkatan motivasi karyawan terhadap isu lingkungan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur green HRM, khususnya pada sektor industri furnitur, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pelatihan dan kepemimpinan berorientasi keberlanjutan.
