Unemployment remains a central issue in the context of macroeconomics, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. Approaches that can be applied in order to reduce this problem include increasing the number of entrepreneurs. In this case, the existence of Primakara University incubator tenants plays an important role in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit, through strengthening internal motivation and increasing knowledge capacity in this field. Entrepreneurial knowledge not only covers technical aspects, but also forms a strong character and mental attitude in facing the challenges of the business world. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest among Primakara University business incubator tenants. This study involved all incubator tenants with a sample size of 77 incubator tenants. This research method is a survey that utilises a descriptive-verification approach. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression, determination test, and hypothesis testing which includes t test in order to determine the partial effect and F test for simultaneous effect. This study found that the level of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge is in a very high category, while interest in entrepreneurship is high. Based on hypothesis testing, it was found that either partially or jointly, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge are in the very high category, while interest in entrepreneurship is high.
