Abstrak

The research aim to analysis affect of the recruitment, competence, motivation, discipline, and organization culture toward satisfaction and performance by employee, to analysis affect of the recruitment,  competence, motivation, discipline, and organization culture toward performance by employee, to analysis affect of the satisfaction toward performance by employee and analysis affect the Recruitment, Competence, Motivation, Discipline, and Organization Culture toward Satisfaction and Performance by Employee. These research conducted in western Halmahera District Goverment with p[opulation as amount 4.533 employee. And appoinemtn of sample as amount 363 respondent and which returs 329 respondents through Solvin formulation . Data result used Structural Equation Model (SEM) through Lisrel 8.70 were used in this study.8. The result of research to found the recruitment in direct have positive and significant toward Satisfaction by Employee. The competence in direct have positive and significant toward Satisfaction by Employee. The motivation in direct have positive and significant toward Satisfaction by Employee. The discipline in direct have positive and significant toward Satisfaction by Employee and The Organization Culture in direct have positive and significant toward Satisfaction by Employee. The recruitment in direct have negative and insignificant toward performance by employee. The competence in direct have significant and significant toward performance by employee. The motivation in direct have significant and significant toward performance by employee. The Discipline in direct have negative and insignificant toward performance by employee and The Organization Culture in direct have significant and significant toward performance by employee.

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen, kompetensi, motivasi, disiplin, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh rekrutmen, kompetensi, motivasi, disiplin, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja oleh karyawan. Pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kinerja oleh karyawan dan analisis mempengaruhi Rekrutmen, Kompetensi, Motivasi, Disiplin, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan dan Kinerja oleh Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat dengan populasi Responden  4.533. Sampel sebanyak 363 responden. Data diolah  menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui Lisrel 8.70. Hasil penelitian untuk menemukan rekrutmen secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan. Kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan. Motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan. Disiplin secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan dan Budaya Organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan. Rekrutmen secara langsung memiliki negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja oleh karyawan. Kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin secara langsung berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Budaya Organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
