This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of aspiration services at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The method used in the research was quantitative with associative explanative survey study type. The research was conducted in Pinrang regency and the population were employees at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The sample was obtained by census technique, which took a total population of 50 employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis to determine the description and influence between variables. This study uses three independent variables namely: The ability of the employees (X1), service procedures (X2), and facilities and infrastructure (X3) while the dependent variable is service effectiveness (Y). The results indicated that the influence of The ability of the employees, service procedures, facilities and infrastructure on service effectiveness at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The results of the regression analysis showed a significant influence between the independent variables namely: The ability of the employees (X1), service procedures (X2), and facilities and infrastructure (X3) with the dependent variable namely: service effectiveness (Y). The biggest influence occurred on the ability of the employees variable (X1), namely 46.7%, followed by service procedures variable (X2) by 33.8%, and the smallest was the facilities and infrastructure variable (X3) by 21.8%. Simultaneously, there is a significant and positive influence between the ability of the employees, service procedures and facilities and infrastructure on service effectiveness at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament by 62.8% while the remaining 37.2% is influenced by other factors that are not the object of research.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pelayanan aspirasi pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pinrang.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jenis penelitian bersifat eksplanatif asosiatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Pinrang. Populasi adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pinrang. Sampel diperoleh dengan teknik sensus yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi yang berjumlah 50 orang pegawai. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui deskripsi dan pengaruh antar variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel bebas yaitu kemampuan aparat (X1), prosedur pelayanan (X2), serta sarana dan prasarana (X3) sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu efektivitas pelayanan (Y).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kemampuan aparat, prosedur pelayanan, serta sarana dan prasarana terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pinrang. Hasil analisis regresi memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas yaitu: kemampuan aparat (X1), prosedur layanan (X2), serta sarana dan prasarana (X3) dengan variabel terikat yaitu: efektivitas pelayanan (Y). Pengaruh terbesar terjadi pada variabel kemampuan aparat (X1) yaitu 46,7%, disusul variabel prosedur pelayanan (X2) sebesar 33,8%, dan yang terkecil yaitu variabel sarana dan prasarana (X3) sebesar 21,8%. Secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kemampuan aparat, prosedur pelayanan, serta sarana dan prasarana terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 62,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi objek penelitian.
