Abstract

Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif  kuantitatif, sedangkan sifat penelitian adalah deskriptif explanatory research. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Pelaksanaan penelitian selama 2 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi (sensus atau sampel jenuh). Sehingga sampel sebanyak 56 orang pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis).

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene

 

This type of research is descriptive quantitative, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The study was conducted at the One-stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Majene Regency. Implementation of research for 2 months. The population in this study amounted to 56 employees in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Majene Regency. The sample in this study is the entire population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated sample). So that the sample of 56 employees in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Majene Regency. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression model (multiple regression analysis).

The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Service in Majene Regency
