Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) secara parsial kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. 2) pengaruh secara simultan Kepemimpinan, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi  Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selata. 3) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat .

          Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada, yaitu sebanyak 58 orang pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode pengumpulan data yang diguanakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda.

Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: secara parsial, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Ini berarti bahwa, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Kepemimpinan tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan Kepemimpinan, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja berpengaruh dominan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik budaya kerja akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat.

 

This study aims to analyze 1) partially leadership, work culture and competence on the performance of the West Sulawesi Provincial Plantation Service Employees. 2) the simultaneous influence of leadership, work culture and competence on employee performance at the Industry Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province.          This research was conducted on the employees of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 58 employees of the Plantation Service of West Sulawesi Province. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.          The results of the study concluded that: partially, work culture and competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service Employees. This means that, work culture and competence can improve employee performance of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service. Leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership, work culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service Employees. Partially, it shows that the work culture variable has a dominant effect on the Performance of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province.
