PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMPETENSI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MELALUI DISIPLIN PADA UPT SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI GUGUS XI KECAMATAN BACUKIKI BARAT KOTA PARE – PARE

Abstract

Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survei. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah 40 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan menentukan semua populasi sebagai total sampel sebanyak 40 guru.

 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2): (1) sebesar 0,833 atau 83,3% kinerja guru melalui kedisiplinan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan kompetensi kepala sekolah. (2) 0,250 atau 25% kedisiplinan guru dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan kompetensi kepala sekolah. (3) 0,768 atau 76,8% kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan kompetensi kepala sekolah.

This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted from July to August 2020. The study population was 40 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 40 teachers. The results showed that: Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination (R2): (1) is 0.833 or 83.3% of teacher performance through discipline is influenced by the motivation and competence of the principal. (2) 0.250 or 25% of teacher discipline is influenced by the motivation and competence of the principal.
